Day 2 — No Charge Can Stick

Reading: Romans 8:33–34 (NLT)

Scriptural Thought:

The enemy accuses. Shame accuses. Your past accuses. But Paul asks, “Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own?” Then he answers it: “No one.” Why? Because God has already justified you, and Jesus is interceding for you.

Reflection:

Many believers are still trying to pay off a debt Jesus already paid. You may remember your sin, your mistakes, and your failures, but heaven’s verdict over your life in Christ is not guilty. That does not make sin small. It makes grace big. You are not defended by your performance. You are covered by Christ.

3-Step Application:

  1. Identify one accusation you have been believing about yourself.

  2. Replace it with this truth: “Jesus has already paid for me, and He is praying for me.”

  3. Thank God for grace instead of replaying guilt.

Closing Prayer:

Lord, thank You that no accusation can stand against what Jesus has done for me. Help me to stop living under guilt and shame. Teach me to live in the freedom of Your grace. In Jesus’ name, amen.
