Day 1 – Faith That Shows Up

Scriptural Thought

Faith is more than what we say we believe—it is revealed by how we live. James reminds us that faith left unexpressed becomes ineffective. Real faith always finds a way to show up.

Reflection

It’s possible to sincerely believe in God yet live in ways that don’t reflect that belief. This doesn’t mean faith is fake—but it may mean faith has grown comfortable. God isn’t looking for perfect faith; He’s looking for participation. Faith begins to grow when belief moves from the heart into everyday actions.

3-Step Application

1. Ask God to reveal one area where your faith has stayed silent.

2. Write down what obedience would look like in that area.

3. Commit to one small step of action today.

Closing Prayer

Holy Spirit, help me not settle for faith that stays hidden. Show me where You are calling me to live out what I believe. Give me courage to respond with obedience. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
