Day 4: Providing Time and Presence

Reading: Ecclesiastes 3:1
“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.”
Devotional: Provision often looks like time. In a hustle culture, our families are starved not for food or money but attention. Your kids don’t just need new shoes; they need your time. Your spouse doesn’t just need help with bills; they need your presence. When we give our time, we say, “You matter.”
Reflection: How do your priorities reflect the value of your family?
3-Step Application:
Cancel or pause one non-essential task today to spend time with family.
Create a weekly time-block dedicated to uninterrupted family time.
Ask God to help you manage time better to reflect kingdom values.
Closing Prayer: Father, time is precious. Help me steward it well. Teach me to slow down, be present, and give my best energy to those You've called me to love and serve first—my family. In Jesus' name, Amen.
