Scripture Reading
John 14:16–18
Scriptural Thought
Jesus knew His followers would face moments of fear, loneliness, and uncertainty. That is why He promised the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is our Helper, Comforter, Advocate, and Guide. He reminds us that God is near even when life feels heavy.
Reflection
Waiting can feel lonely. Delays can make us wonder if God has forgotten us. But the Holy Spirit is proof that God never leaves His people alone.
You may be in a difficult season, but you are not abandoned.
3-Step Application
Pause today and spend intentional quiet time listening to God.
Pray before making any major decision today.
Encourage someone else who may be struggling while they wait.
Prayer
Holy Spirit, help me remember that I am never alone. Guide me, strengthen me, and remind me daily that God is near. Amen.
