Day 4 – God Cares About Them… and You

Reading: Jonah 4:9–11 (NLT)

Reflection:

God ends the story with a question.

Not a conclusion—an invitation.

Jonah cared more about a plant than people. But God cared about both the city and Jonah.

This is the beauty of God’s heart:

• He pursues the lost

• And He corrects the found

God wasn’t just trying to reach Nineveh…He was also trying to reshape Jonah.

And He’s doing the same in you.

God doesn’t just want to use you—He wants to transform you.

3-Step Application:

1. Ask God: “What are You trying to teach me right now?”

2. Be open to correction without defensiveness.

3. Step into God’s mission with a softened heart.

Closing Prayer:

Lord, I thank You for caring about my heart. Shape me, correct me, and use me. Help me to love people the way You do. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
